Essential Functions: Supervise and manage a team of 10 to 20 employees Monitor daily production and work with employees to maximize performance Meet with employees on a weekly basis as one on one Manage timecards, PTO, and coordinating work schedules Monitor staffing and proactively hire to maintain staffing levels Understand and maintain policy and procedure Overview: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
