Client Service Specialist

Responds to orders, generalclientinquiries, invoice questions andclientcomplaints. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves theclient's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
