Medical Assistant

Location: Marlton, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced oncology practice in Marlton, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and patient-focused healthcare professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and providing exceptional care to patients throughout their treatment journey.

• Monday through Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM
• Every 3rd Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM

• Room patients and prepare exam rooms
• Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories
• Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Administer injections and perform clinical duties as directed
• Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments
• Manage patient documentation within the EMR system
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff members
• Support a high-volume oncology practice while maintaining quality patient care

• Previous Medical Assistant experience required
• Experience working in a busy physician practice or specialty clinic preferred
• Oncology experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Medical Assistant certification is not required

• Busy oncology practice with approximately 20 employees
• Team-oriented and patient-focused culture
• Opportunity to work closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff in a collaborative setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marlton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
