Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and rehab specialists—to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and attendance at relevant conferences to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field.

• An active, unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with a generous signing bonus. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
