Team Manager – Cary, NC As a Team Manager at Panera, you will help run great shifts, support team development, and maintain high standards our guests expect. Key Responsibilities Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff. Build engaging relationships that lead to long‑term, loyal guests. Lead and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience. Conduct interview and selection process for new team members. Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained. Help build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Perform tasks required by the role, such as lifting up to 25lb, standing and walking for up to 6h, and communicating clearly in a loud environment. Qualifications Minimum age: 18years. 1+ year of restaurant management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast‑paced environment. ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
