Your leadership skills will be essential in building and leading a cohesive team that works collaboratively to deliver high-quality results. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing crew members to help them grow professionally within the company. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews. (e.g. attending morning meetings, ensuring equipment and materials are available, assigning tasks to crews, etc.)Ensures adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.Trains/mentors crew on proper installation techniques and safe material handling protocol.Manages all assets necessary for daily projects: personnel, material, tools, and equipment.Communicates job progress, material requirements, and issues encountered at the site.Ensures work meets company standards and client expectations.Resolves minor conflicts/disputes among crew members in a professional manner.Oversees loading/unloading materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling to job sites.Serves as a primary point of contact for clients during job execution.Manages project paperwork to account for accurate material usage and labor allocation.Gets job completion paperwork signed and verifies payment amount to collect.Completes end-of-day paperwork.Training can be from 5-14 days, depending on your prior experience. Continued training is provided on new OSHA requirements, processes, equipment or materials.A Sample Day (but not limited to):Start the day at 6am for department safety meetings (time varies by seasons, from Oct. to May it could be 6:45am)Load trucks and prepare materials based on job scope of workReview jobs for the day with crew leadsPerform the assigned job at the work site (usually 1 site per day, 7-10+ hours depending on scope of work)Return to the office after completing the job, unload and clean up trucksQualifications:Prior experience in attic and crawl space restoration, rodent proof, insulation installation (at least 1 year), And other skilled trades such as plumbing, carpentry or electrical work (at least 5 years) with a strong track record of successful project management.Proven leadership skills (at least 2 years), with the ability to motivate and mentor crew members (small size team, 3-4 crews).Able to properly use PPE such as respirators (1/2 or full face), 3M masks, protective eyewear, sound dampening headphones, utility gloves, tyvek suiting, knee pads, etc.Have previous insulation/rodent control experience (strong plus)Strong problem solving skillsExcellent ability to manage client relationshipsPerks and Benefits:Competitive pay rate with potential bonusCompany-issued uniform, tools, equipment and PPEYoung, dynamic and fun team (we have onsite and offsite team buildings!)Opportunities for advancement within the company40hrs Sick HoursMedical, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days) with partial company contribution401(k) retirement plan (after 90 days)Interview Process:Initial Phone call with RecruiterVideo Interview with RecruiterIn-person interview with Superintendent and Operation Manager (Please bring a copy of your resume for this interview)Details:Job Type: Full-time, not remoteWork hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (Potential for overtime)Hourly Pay Range: $30-34/hrPay Structure: Bi-weekly paydays with direct depositElevate your career with Attic Projects, where opportunities soar, success reflects!Applying for this position does not require you to meet every single expectation listed.
