Position: Receptionist Location: Emerson Health & Rehabilitation & Rehabilitation, Spokane, WA Schedule: Part Time - Sunday - Monday Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm What You’ll Do: Be the first smile our visitors see and the first voice they hear Answer phones like a pro and direct calls with confidence Help team members and residents with anything from paperwork to directions Keep the front office tidy, organized, and stress-free (we believe in good vibes only) Handle light administrative duties with flair and a little sparkle What We’re Looking For: A friendly, outgoing personality and a great sense of humor Strong communication and multitasking skills Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus Someone who can keep calm and cheerful—even on a Monday!
