The Director of Security Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in security management, risk assessment, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead a team of security professionals, develop and implement security protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in security operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, incident management, and security policy development.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
• Certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) are highly desirable.
