Location: Lake Mary, FL

Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for performing routine duties to handle incoming G&A submissions and inquiries to route to appropriate G&A Analyst teams, while adhering to compliance and regulated turnaround time standards.

How you will make an impact:

• Receiving member or provider requests by mail or fax
• Reviewing and verifying content for accuracy
• Entering key information or missing data into system
• Routing file/submission to appropriate party within designated turnaround times
• Data Entry experience along with experience in operating basic office equipment, fax machine, copier, PC and basic software applications

Minimum Requirements:

Requires HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years related work experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Data Entry experience
• Microsoft office software
