TBN Talent represents digital creators with a combined total reach of more than 10 million followers across major platforms and has completed over 5,000 campaigns since inception. Position Overview TBN Talent is seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media Manager to support the company's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. This role is responsible for content planning, creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media best practices, stays on top of platform trends, and can create compelling content that reflects TBN Talent's brand and expertise within the creator economy. This role is perfect for someone looking to work closely with a growing creator management company while helping shape and elevate its social media presence. Role & Responsibilities Develop and maintain a social media content calendar across all company platforms Create and publish content including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and stories Collaborate with leadership to identify content opportunities tied to company initiatives, creator wins, partnerships, and industry trends Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across platforms Monitor comments, messages, and engagement opportunities as appropriate Assist with content capture and organization from events, creator trips, and company initiatives Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and best practices to inform content strategy Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement Develop creative concepts that showcase TBN Talent's creators, partnerships, and expertise Repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats Assist with thought leadership content for company leadership Track content performance and provide recommendations based on key metrics Background Qualifications 0-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, creators, or businesses Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms Experience creating social-first content, including short-form video and graphic assets Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop engaging content concepts Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools Experience using social media scheduling and analytics platforms Interest in influencer marketing, creator economy, talent management, and digital media preferred Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
