Operations Specialist II – Permanent Full Time Job Overview Operations Specialist II under the direct supervision of the Passport Support Manager will assist with compiling administrative reports, special tasks, and other duties as requested. U.S. citizenship is required. The candidate must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 45 lbs, and stand and walk around the worksite for the entire shift. This position is located in Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities Assist with compiling administrative reports and other special tasks as requested by the Passport Support Manager. Perform a physical inventory of all GFE monthly and track the usage and allocation of items. Assist and complete supply orders. Generate and maintain reports on inventory and purchasing of supply orders. Fulfill daily order requests. Prepare procurement actions and documentation for ARIBA requests, GSA purchases, GSA Advantage, and other means with guidance and approval from the government management team. Manage safety of designated supply areas. Required Qualifications High school diploma. At least 2 years of office experience. At least 2 years of asset tracking and/or inventory management. At least 2 years of warehouse experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Ability to lift and transport up to 45 lbs; ability to lift up to 1000 lbs via air jack. Strong attention to detail, customer service, and data entry skills. Capacity to perform repetitive tasks and work in a single location with movement to office or warehouse areas. Basic knowledge of the current TDIS computer system and ability to maintain passport records accurately. Compensation Hourly Rate: $30.52 per hour.
