Fixed Operations Specialist (St. Louis Market)

Work Schedule Hybrid: expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by the manager. All work requirements are subject to change based on business needs. Responsibilities Establish the “Hawthorne Effect” through regular and consistent onsite presence at assigned dealers Develop and maintain relationships with dealer personnel including principals and key decision‑makers Analyze assigned accounts to identify opportunities for loss control Create and implement customized action plans for each assigned dealer to address identified opportunities Establish dealer‑facing contact cadence appropriate for assigned dealer based on loss performance Handle individual claims as needed or reconcile claim issues including adjudication of complex claims Perform mechanical inspections at assigned accounts based on business need Conduct consultative reviews to assess sales versus submissions, repair orders, and used‑car trends; communicate results, impact and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders Deliver dealer‑facing training to support products, processes and action plans Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities in Salesforce Communicate and collaborate regularly with matrix partners to support dealer retention and acquisitions Serve as a subject matter expert and assist with training and onboarding new team members Participate in additional training, educational activities, and regulatory compliance awareness Engage in and lead special projects Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 1+ year(s) of experience High school Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years of automotive industry experience; prior dealer experience preferred Automotive technical expertise Ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers Problem‑solving capabilities Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Must possess excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills Analytical skills to assess data and identify trends Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Power BI Strong customer service skills and professional presence *In Canada may require fluency in French Benefits Ally offers a competitive compensation package and total rewards including: Time Away: 20 paid time‑off days, 11 paid holidays, and 8 hours of volunteer time off yearly Planning for the Future: 401(k) with company contributions, student‑loan payoff assistance, 529 plans, tuition reimbursement, employee‑stock purchase plan, and financial‑learning resources Health & Well‑being: flexible medical, dental, and vision options; life insurance; disability, HSA, FSA, critical‑illness, accident & hospital indemnity coverage; and a well‑being program Family Support: adoption, surrogacy, fertility assistance; paid parental and caregiver leave; dependent‑day‑care FSA; child and adult‑elder care days; childcare discounts Work‑Life Integration: Employee Assistance Program, Weight Watchers® program, and various employee discount programs Other compensations: travel allowances, relocation assistance, signing bonus, and equity options depending on the role EEO & Accommodation Ally is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
