Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Queens.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2020.
I am a proud graduate of Binghamton University.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, and New Agent Program Qualifier
Additional languages spoken: Spanish
