We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) specialist. The right person will possess incredible content development skills, a creative mindset and can-do attitude, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You'll spend your days working with internal stakeholders, shaping the content and user experience to make sure it stays relevant and addresses the defined need. In this role you will work with a cross-functional team and be responsible for developing role-based learning for our global Finance community, developing assets to include in the role-based Finance Competency Model, and bringing your expertise in authoring content and leveraging enablement tools to help build our learning design platform.

Primary responsibilities include building and reviewing scaled and interactive curriculums and courses, assisting in the development of standards and practices for the development and deployment of courses and curriculum, tools, templates, and checklists, participating in need assessment and review instructional design standards, reviewing materials in current practice and external benchmarks, creating professional materials that are accessible and focused on the targeted outcomes, selecting and using a variety of techniques to define and sequence the instructional content, objectives, and strategies, selecting, modifying, or developing instructional materials, designing instruction that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners, evaluating and assessing instruction and its impact on learners.

Requirements include 1-3 years in adult learning, education, instructional design, or e-Learning, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format, exceptional attention to detail, passion for quality and accountability and a proactive approach to work, experience using content authoring tools, comfort working in an agile environment, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, demanding environment, and demonstrated high standards for quality with the need to get to market fast.

Desired skills include proven experience developing competency/skills gap analysis.
