Pharma Project Coordinator

Title: Associate Project Manager

Location: Carlsbad, CA 92008 | Onsite

Shift: M-F 8am -5pm flexible throughout the week (able to also do 7am-4pm as needed).

Pay Rate: $36/hr on W2

Type & Duration: Contract | 06 Months

Responsibilities:

• creating process maps, updating SOPs, creating project plans or tracking systems, analyzing data and making recommendations, SKU set up and process improvement related project work.

• Candidates must have a working knowledge MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various database systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of biological technologies; cell biology, gene editing, genetic engineering, stem cell biology are a plus.

• An ability to focus and not easily distracted is required as well as being comfortable with change and shifting priorities.

• Successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas:

• written and verbal communications,

• interpersonal cross functional team-based interaction,

• organizational and detail orientation,

• analytical, planning, and problem solving.

• Should also be intellectually curious and results oriented.

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. in Business, Biology/Chemistry or other life sciences program.

• 2+ Years of Experience as a PM required

• Must be able to work in a professional office environment with HIGH communication skills.

• Will be supporting multiple people, a lot of common sense and logic is needed.
