Program Coordinator

Summary of Responsibilities This position is responsible for working in parallel with the Program Manager in support of a contract with the government. The Program Coordinator is required to perform a vast array of support services to assist in the accomplishment of successful performance outcomes for the Program Management Office (PMO) and all projects that fall under its operational control and supervision. Requirements Bachelor's degree in applicable field AND two years of administrative/coordinator program experience, OR six years of progressively responsible administrative/coordinator program experience, OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved Preferred Qualifications Program/Project Management and/or knowledge of supervisory practices and principles are a plus, but not required Federal contracting experience is a plus, but not required Required Skills Intermediate to advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to execute effective verbal and written communications with varying levels of professionals ranging from client key stakeholders, corporate executives, senior-level management, mid-level management, and company staffing assets Impeccable multi-tasking skills coupled with the ability to manage dependencies while effectively balancing changing priorities against stringent deadlines Exceptional organizational and time management skills (e.g., self-management and management of others) and the ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly populated work environment with a dynamic aptitude to seamlessly adjust to changing work requirements with little to no notice and little to no supervision Education Bachelor's (Required) Experience Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred) Project Management: 2 years (Required) License/Certification PMP (Preferred) Security Clearance Confidential (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
