Global law firm.

Job Description

Assess the eligibility of foreign employees of companies for immigrant status in Canada.
Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal letters and documents, generally based on established precedents.
Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedures, case processing and case strategy.

The Successful Applicant

Law degree (CAN or US)
Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar AND one US State Bar
Two years of experience in US business immigration law and Canadian immigration law
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
Attention to detail
