About Our Client
Global law firm.
Job Description
- Assess the eligibility of foreign employees of companies for immigrant status in Canada.
- Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal letters and documents, generally based on established precedents.
- Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedures, case processing and case strategy.
The Successful Applicant
- Law degree (CAN or US)
- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar AND one US State Bar
- Two years of experience in US business immigration law and Canadian immigration law
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Attention to detail
