Administrative Assistant & Billing Clerk

Join our Team as an Administrative Assistant & Billing Clerk We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Billing Clerk to join our team. This role serves as a multi-support position where the Primary role is handling the end-to-end billing cycle of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual agreements . Job Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities could include but not be limited to: Generate, process, and send out accurate Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Invoices for Agreements, Service, Supplies, Parts and Equipment Communicate with customers through email and outbound phone calls Answer phones and assist customers with Service, Supplies, and Billing questions or direct to correct department Receive and Ship Parts and Supplies or make sure parts are attached to service calls and the hold is released when received Weekly stock supply orders Help monitor customer Supply levels in software and email notifications Learn to understand and build lease and maintenance agreements Bookkeeping experience is a plus About Advanced Business Solutions: Office Equipment Supplier of Multifunction Printers, Copiers, Postage Meters/Mail Machines, Document Folder/Inserters and more.
