Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Insight Global is looking for a Sales Executive to work in Irving, TX for a Light Therapy Studio. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting leads into loyal members. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a growth-driven sales role, with a strong understanding of membership sales. The role involves primarily warm calling leads, with some cold calling required. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into memberships Conduct warm and cold calls to prospective clients Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our wellness products and services Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Utilize the MindBody platform to manage client information and sales activities (preferred) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the wellness industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a growth-driven environment Strong understanding of membership sales Experience with warm and cold calling techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with the MindBody platform is a plus Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year annual salary.
