Machine Operator
Great opportunity for an experienced Machinist in the precision metal industry to join an established and growing manufacturer in Columbus!
The Copper Fabricator/Machinist will operate multiple punch presses to fabricate copper bar. This will include using measuring and inspection equipment such as micrometers and calipers. The Machinist could edit programs at the machine and must be able to read prints/specs, etc.
2nd shift position working 3:15pm - 1:45am, Mon-Thurs. Will train on 1st Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p. Pay rate starts at $22 and can go up with more experience.
To be successful in this role, the Machinist must have:
- 3+ yrs experience Machinist and/or Fabrication in metal forming
- Experience with Inspection tools
- Cooper Bus Bar experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
