Client Services Project Manager

Assisting senior Client Services peers, the full-time remote Client Services Associate Project Manager will coordinate and execute projects to ensure high-quality service delivery for North America clients, focusing on planning, analysis, and project close-out. Key responsibilities Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality through regular communication with clients and internal partners Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor progress, providing updates to stakeholders Drive client satisfaction by managing project execution from planning through production and ensuring effective handoffs between shifts Required qualifications Minimum three years of experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal work, or eDiscovery services, with four to five years overall experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Hands-on experience with Relativity Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
