Position Summary JR Metal Works is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead customer projects from quote to completion. This role is the key link between customers, sales, engineering, and production—ensuring projects are planned accurately, communicated clearly, and delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, takes full ownership of their work, and is committed to finding solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage projects end-to-end, from initial quote through final delivery. Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring expectations are met. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and operations. Identify risks early and adjust plans to keep projects on track. Monitor costs, timelines, and overall project profitability. Maintain accurate project documentation and communication in internal systems. Qualification & Skills Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Experience with quoting, estimating, or production scheduling is a plus but not required.
