The Fountain Group is looking for a remote Platform Implementation Manager to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for SMB merchants. This role involves managing the implementation of online ordering and troubleshooting technical issues to educate merchants during their initial usage period. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in onboarding or project management.
