Welder/ Fabricator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm) Perform MIG welding on new products utilizing production fixtures to meet exacting specifications. Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure correct product assembly and dimensions. Maintain meticulous documentation of output, including accurate part counts and sign-offs for quality assurance. Adhere to the highest standards of quality and workmanship on all fabricated products. Operate with a strong sense of urgency to meet production demands in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing production priorities and facility needs. Effectively manage and balance multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficient time management. Operate various fabrication tools, including grinders, saws, and sanders. Ensure a clean and safe work area, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures. Welder/ Fabricator Qualifications: Proven experience in welding, specifically MIG welding. Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. Demonstrated fabrication skills. Experience operating grinders, saws, and sanders. Ability to frequently lift to 50 pounds. Strong commitment to quality and safety. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
