Sanitation Associate

Job Details Level: Entry | Position Type: Full Time | Location: The Colony, TX 75056 | Salary: $16.00/hour | Shift: Day Responsibilities General maintenance, cleaning, and preventative maintenance including sweeping, dusting, and floor cleaning. Clean product spills in warehouse aisles as needed. Remove product from floor level and double deep slots to keep debris‑free. Operate trash compactor and empty trash containers. Restock restroom supplies and toiletries. Perform general office and warehouse cleaning functions. Responsible for snow removal. Maintain cleaning materials in well‑marked, ventilated areas. Pull out pallets in bottom pick slots and clean/mop out slots. Keep trash compactor area clean and free of excess debris. Assist with other duties and special projects as requested. Maintain good attendance and safe work practices. Safeguard confidential company information. Qualifications Minimum age 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to operate a platform rider electric pallet jack. Compliance with company policies and procedures. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check. Physical Demands Must be able to work in refrigerated areas. Safety and PPE Steel‑toed shoes are required. All cleaning materials must be kept in a well‑marked ventilated area. Transportation Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work.
