EXECUTIVE CHEF | HILTON HEAD ISLAND
$75,000–$80,000 Base Salary + Bonus
We’re working with a popular, well-established restaurant on Hilton Head Island that is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation.
This is a busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant with a strong local following. One of the biggest perks of the position is the schedule — the restaurant closes at 9 PM, so there are no late nights.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who enjoys being in the kitchen, developing a strong team, maintaining consistency, and keeping quality high in a busy restaurant environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and develop the culinary team
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage food and labor costs
- Create and maintain recipes, prep standards, and kitchen systems
- Work closely with the restaurant leadership team
- Help develop menus and seasonal specials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Solid understanding of food cost, labor, and kitchen operations
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Someone who takes pride in developing their team and maintaining high standards
Compensation & Perks:
- $75,000–$80,000 base salary
