About The Role:

Heritage Title is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and professionally driven individual to join our Growth and Retention Team as a Business Development Coordinator. You will work with our Marketing and Recruiting Departments to identify and build relationships with prospects. You will be responsible to reach out to current and old mortgage loan officers, realtors and home sellers/buyers to win back and/or retain their business. You will be measured on your ability to create opportunities that lead to the growth of business. As a Business Development Coordinator at Heritage Title, you will play a vital part of the growth and expansion of our business. We trust that you will open doors and create new business connections.

Responsibilities

  • Create new and innovative ideas to engage with existing and past clients.
  • Work with Marketing and Recruiting Coordinators to develop web platforms and digital experiences.
  • Research and provide advice on product development, distribution and promotion strategies.
  • Monitor and pursue leads Via Bright/MLS
  • Respond to leads, inbound emails, and other communication channels to support multiple campaigns and prospecting efforts.
  • Pursue and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Stay in contact and reach out to current and past mortgage loan officers, realtors and home sellers/ buyers to win back and retain their business.
  • Create an outstanding experience for all our prospects.
  • Ensure all marketing leads are accepted and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Hit daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals set by management.
  • Assist management team to plan, direct and oversee al company events.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
