Overview We are seeking a Creative Director to lead integrated creative initiatives for a large, high-profile energy client, with an emphasis on brand advocacy and campaign development. This senior creative leader will guide concepting, shape campaign narratives, and provide clear creative direction while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker and collaborative leader who remains close to the work, can translate business objectives into compelling creative ideas, and can confidently guide teams from brief through execution. Responsibilities Lead major creative initiatives and integrated campaigns, ensuring ideas are strategically grounded, creatively strong, and aligned to client priorities. Provide creative direction across brand advocacy, campaign, content, digital, social, video, event, newsletter, email, and always-on communications work. Partner with strategy, account, production, project management, content, and creative teams to develop work that is clear, compelling, and executable.
