We are confident you will enjoy being part of a team that was ranked #1 on the Great Places to Work and Fortune's World's Best Workplaces list!The ideal candidate will have at least six months of customer service experience, flexible scheduling availability, and preferably experience with hotel housekeeping.Classification: Full-TimeShift Pattern: full availability including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays requiredThe hourly rate is $26.82 after 18 months of employment the wage will increase to $33.52Here's what you'll do during a typical day:Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean all areas of assigned rooms to the highest quality and cleanliness standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows/tracksRefresh linens and amenities: Remove dirty linens, towels, and amenities from rooms and replace with fresh itemsRestock and organize supplies: Ensure the supply cart is fully stocked for efficient serviceReport maintenance needs: Identify and communicate any room maintenance issues to ensure prompt repairsWhat It Takes to Make the StayAt Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
