About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader who knows how to lead from the front. This is a hands-on position for someone who can supervise a crew while working alongside the team to complete landscaping and grounds maintenance projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew during daily assignments
• Work hands-on alongside crew members to complete jobs
• Organize daily work and ensure the crew is prepared with the proper tools, equipment, and materials
• Safely operate and oversee the use of trucks, trailers, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards
• Train, support, and motivate crew members
• Monitor job progress and communicate with supervisors throughout the day
• Identify and report safety, equipment, maintenance, or personnel issues
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly loaded, transported, staged, and stored
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Make sure jobsites are clean and organized before leaving

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of landscaping or related industry experience
• Previous crew leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience is required
• Comfortable working hands-on alongside the crew
• Experience using landscaping tools and equipment
• Ability to safely operate and oversee trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Clean driving record required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good judgment
• Safety-focused and comfortable following established procedures
• Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
