This is a great opportunity for someone with medical or physical therapy front office leadership experience who enjoys working with patients, coordinating a large/busy clinic, supporting a team, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Oversee and Perform daily front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, referrals, and workflow coordination Provide excellent customer service to patients in person, by phone, and via email Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of daily therapy notes Verify insurance benefits and obtain required authorizations Collect co-pays and co-insurance and follow up on outstanding patient balances as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the EMR system Supervise and support front office team members and assist with training Help ensure front office responsibilities are completed accurately and efficientlyCoordinate with clinic leadership and the Billing team regarding collections, reporting, and front office operations Maintain an organized, professional front office environment Monitor and manage clinic supply inventory Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Perform other duties as assigned and pitch in wherever needed to support our patients and team What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of front office experience in a physical therapy or medical office Experience with medical insurance verification and authorizations Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy healthcare environment Ability to prioritize responsibilities, follow directions, and use sound judgment Ability to build positive relationships with patients, providers, and coworkers Preferred: 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience Physical therapy or rehabilitation clinic experience Experience supporting or leading front office operations Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliates areequal opportunity employers committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
