Ensure store security by implementing and maintaining effective systems and protocols. Promote a safe and clean environment for both team members and customers. Uphold store stability and reputation by complying with legal and operational requirements. Stay up-to-date professionally by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and networking. Manage store operations by developing and enforcing policies and procedures related to programs, operations, and personnel.
