About the Role:
HOMECARE RESCUE LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health LPN to serve patients across Pasco and Pinellas County. The position will initially be on a PRN basis. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients throughout Pasco and Pinellas County
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as directed by the care plan
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, physicians, and care team members
• Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with home health regulations
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and all state and federal home health care standards

Requirements:

• 0 - 1 year of home health experience
• Experience using WellSky/Kinnser
• Active Florida LPN license in good standing
• Prior home health or field nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel across Pasco / Pinellas County
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field setting
