Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the administration of Lowe’s Compensation and Reward & Recognition programs across the organization. This role will be the subject matter expert and first point of contact for specific software systems that support our compensation and recognition programs. What You Will Do Compensation: Rewards and Recognition: Overall Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable 2 Years Experience in data analysis and Microsoft Excel 2 Years Experience in developing presentations and PowerPoint Experience dealing with confidential information. Preferred Skills/Education 2 Years Experience in Compensation in a retail corporate environment. Experience evaluating job grades. Experience in program management.
