Procurement Assistant

Procurement Assistant Location: Hopkinton, MA 01748 (Onsite) Pay Rate: $27.92/hr, W2 (DOE) Duration: 6 months or longer Schedule: 9x80 A (7:30am‑5:00pm with a 30‑minute lunch break) An aerospace client is looking for a Procurement Assistant who will be responsible for soliciting quotes, entering purchase requisitions, expediting orders, and general support for on‑time delivery. Responsibilities Email RFQs to suppliers, generate purchase requisitions in SAP. Follow up with Buyers with preferred pricing quotes. Proficient with SAP MRP System and MS Office. Manage suppliers for on‑time delivery. Basic Qualifications US Citizenship is required. High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience with SAP MRP System. 1 year of experience with purchasing. Preferred Qualifications 2 years’ experience generating purchase requisitions in SAP. 2 years’ experience soliciting RFQs and managing suppliers for OTD.
