Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Medical Editor, this full-time position will manage editorial services including medical editing, copyediting, proofreading, and fact-checking for pharmaceutical advertising materials and corporate communications, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Edit content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and compliance with client requirements Fact-check materials to ensure accurate support for claims and participate in the content review process Train and mentor junior team members while leading team initiatives to uphold quality standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience 5+ years of editing experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry Thorough knowledge of AMA (10th edition) style and familiarity with FDA requirements for drug promotion Ability to understand medical/scientific terminology Proven experience managing rapidly shifting priorities in high-pressure situations
