Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll work 35 hours per week across two closely located school sites, primarily supporting elementary-aged students. The caseload includes learners with language-based needs, speech impairments, and autism spectrum disorders, allowing you to utilize your expertise and creativity to help each child thrive. Both SLPA and SLP applicants, including CCC and CFY candidates, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credential
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for working with students with diverse abilities, especially those with speech and language or autism-related needs
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques for students’ individual goals and IEPs

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and assessment services for K-8 students with speech, language, and social-communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Support and consult with classroom staff on incorporating strategies to foster communication skills
• Travel between two conveniently located school sites (within a short distance)
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
