Canton Mancan Professional Staffing Agency is assisting a local Canton company in hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector.
Shift: 1st - 7AM - 3:30PM / Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $23.00- $25.00/ HR Based on Experience MUST READ BLUEPRINTSHAVE EXPERIENCE USING INSPECTION TOOLS: CALIPER, HEIGHT GAGE, COMBO SQUARE. FAMILIAR WITH CAD TO ENTER PARAMETERS IN INSPECTION SOFTWARE MUST HAVE EXCELLENT MATH SKILLS CALIBRATION EXPERIENCE, CMM, AND SURFACE PLATE INSPECTION TECHNIQUES A PLUS. Duties/Responsibilities:
1. conduct daily inspections/testing using inspection tools and techniques; support production team as needed.
2. inspect materials received, finished products, and work in prcoess of fabricated metal products to ensure conformance with drawsing specifications.
3. Performs First Artice Inspections/ Reports in Excel
4. Calibrate inspection equipment and maintains records in Gagepack database.
5. Performs 100% inspection and adjustments on some lots required by customers.
