It involves implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Site Manager, supervising employees, providing customer support, and managing overall workflow. Duties and Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate meetings Conduct employee performance reviews Develop good customer relationships Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes Smooth out problems within the workplace Address employee and customer concerns Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement Email and phone correspondence Liaise between managers, customers and employees Provide direction to staff Monitor spending patterns and budget Fill in for Site Manager (GM) in times of absence; make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability Organize shift schedules for team members Monitor attendance, tardiness and time off Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary Manage employees’ requests and transgressions Train new and current team members on tasks Handle customer issues and manage conflicts Adhere to company policies and health, safety and employment standards Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits Perform all other duties as requested Additional Tasks Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services; take and process wash payments Perform cleaning of facility; ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun) Provide assistance to customers concerning the car wash process Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude Display points to directional signs; maintain safe driving behavior without braking or steering while watching the customer Smiles at customer and give a thumbs up after guest is in neutral with no brakes Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates Qualifications Ability to display courteous and professional attitude Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as evenings and weekends Ability to work standing over long periods of time Ability to lift items of moderate weight Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills Strong ability to handle the physical demand of the job Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks Car wash locations can create wet hazardous conditions and safety precautions should be met for safety and compliance Notes Roles and responsibilities are listed above but are not limited to the list; employees may be asked to complete tasks outside of this list. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Pride Equipment Car Wash Superstore
