This role partners closely with operations and business development to ensure accurate pricing, risk management, and smooth project handoff. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle preconstruction and estimating efforts Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates Manage subcontractor outreach, scope review, and leveling Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews Collaborate with operations during project transition Support client presentations and preconstruction meetings Desired Qualifications 7+ years of experience in preconstruction and/or estimating Background with a general contractor or construction manager Experience across commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional projects Strong understanding of conceptual estimating and GMP development Ability to lead, communicate, and build trust with internal teams and trade partners Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
