Location: Janesville, WI

Schedule: 32 hours per week | Fully Onsite

Pay: $20 $25/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize confidential employee records and personnel files.

Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation schedules, and onboarding documentation.

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist with employee communications, engagement initiatives, and HR-related programs.

Plan and coordinate employee events, recognition activities, and company celebrations.

Build relationships with employees by regularly spending time on the manufacturing floor and supporting employee relations efforts.

Qualifications

Previous administrative, office support, Human Resources, or coordinator experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
