Litigation Paralegal

An established Atlanta law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its busy litigation practice. This position is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who can manage cases effectively, anticipate deadlines, and work collaboratively with attorneys and staff.

The paralegal will assist with matters throughout the litigation process and will have regular involvement in case organization, discovery, client communication, document management, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines
• Draft and coordinate discovery requests and responses
• Collect, organize, and summarize medical records and other case materials
• Assist with document review and production
• Communicate with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Provide ongoing case support to attorneys

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
• Familiarity with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision
• Careful attention to detail and a proactive approach to case support
