Receptionist

Welcomes guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. Directs guests by maintaining department directories and giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges and assisting departments as needed.

Answer phone in a courteous manner

Assist anyone who may enter the lobby doors

Assist departments with daily paperwork and special projects

Log and track appropriate paperwork

Scheduling conference rooms

Communication on building security

Receive candidates for interviews

Maintain the appearance of the lobby

Open and close the lobby

Schedule and receive tours
