Job Description

Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of desktops, laptops, peripherals, phone sets, cabling, software, printers, multi-function printers and all other end user technology products.

Education And Credentials

Associate of Applied science required. Bachelor of science in Information Technology, Computer Science or Related field preferred. COMP TIA A+ required within 9 months. IT Fundamentals preferred.

Experience

6 months of experience providing technical support relevant to job duties required. 3 years of experience in providing technical support relevant job duties preferred.
