Customer Account SpecialistWe are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Account Specialist to manage order entry and fulfillment activities for complex customer accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining compliance with business guidelines, building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and supporting commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a key resource for systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesExecute the order entry process and manage order fulfillment for assigned customer accounts, including high-value, strategic, and complex accounts.Review, validate, and process customer orders in compliance with established business processes, systems, and guidelines.Maintain a thorough understanding of products, applications, services, and business offerings.Develop strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and gathering relevant market intelligence.Coordinate activities for assigned customer accounts and provide support across additional accounts as needed.Maintain service levels in alignment with business priorities and customer expectations.Assess customer requirements and organizational capabilities to identify the most effective and cost-efficient solutions.Support commercial objectives and customer initiatives across multiple business units.Serve as a subject matter resource for key systems, tools, and business processes.Resolve complex customer issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, sales support, accounts receivable, or a related field.1-2 years of SAP experience preferred.Required SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Customer service and business process acumen.SAP system knowledge and experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred ExperienceSupply ChainCustomer ServiceOrder ManagementSales SupportAccounts ReceivableAccount ManagementThe ideal candidate is a proactive professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving complex problems, and working collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
