About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Growth to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, with a focus on driving commercial growth and market expansion. The successful candidate will initially be an individual contributor, responsible for all aspects of early-stage enterprise sales, including prospecting, pipeline generation, and nurturing customer relationships. As the business grows, the role will evolve to include building and leading a larger commercial team. This is a hands-on position that requires the creation of sales messaging, prospecting strategy, and commercial infrastructure from the ground up. The Head of Growth will also be expected to leverage existing networks and independently generate new business. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a strong background in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals. Deep relationships in commercial real estate or adjacent institutional real estate markets are essential, as is the ability to sell to senior decision-makers within major real estate organizations. The role demands a candidate with the ability to build commercial processes and sales infrastructure from scratch, and experience in early-stage or high-growth technology businesses is a must. While not mandatory, previous experience in InsurTech, PropTech, FinTech, or related categories is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, founder-level mentality, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to work closely with the founding team as the company enters its next phase of growth.
