Join Our Team as a Fabrication Lead / Sign Fabricator & Installer!
Are you a skilled fabricator with a passion for creating and installing high-quality signage? At Master Signs, located in American Fork, UT, we specialize in crafting custom signs that help businesses stand out. We’re looking for a talented and experienced Fabrication Lead / Sign Fabricator & Installer to join our team and bring our clients’ visions to life.
What You'll DoAs our Fabrication Lead, you’ll play a key role in the production and installation of custom signage. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the fabrication process for a variety of sign types, ensuring precision and quality.
- Installing signs at client locations with attention to detail and safety.
- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving to overcome challenges during fabrication or installation.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in sign fabrication, installation, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work with various tools and materials.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical ability to handle tools, equipment, and materials required for sign installation.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
