Registered Nurse (RN) Weekends Only

Job Summary The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident, supervising day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and supporting all activities of daily living that ensure the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility. Essential Duties Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care. Preparing and administering medication as ordered by the physician. Performing routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures. Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.
