Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience with individualized educational plans (IEPs) and school-based therapy preferred
• Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families

• Commitment to ethical care and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess motor skills and physical therapy needs of students, collaborating with educators and support staff
• Develop and implement therapy interventions tailored to students’ educational and developmental goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document services and progress in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insight and recommendations
• Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers for continued student support throughout the school day
