Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Texas or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates will be considered
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with school teams, students, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide evidence-based therapy for students with diverse needs
• Develop and deliver interventions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student success within the classroom and beyond
• Support a collaborative and inclusive school culture
